The prices of our emergency call out service are listed below. The cost for any parts required are additional. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Call us out on a Monday to Friday for £ 40.00 + 2 Hrs
On a Saturday it's £ 50.00 + 2 Hrs
On a Sunday it's £ 60.00 + 2 Hrs (from 1st April 2011)
Our Hourly rate is £ 40.00 After the first two hours you pay for each hour or any part thereof.

The call out charge applied relates to the time we attend site, rather than the time at which which you contact us. An initial assessment will be made when you call, and an appropriate response time agreed with you. In the majority of circumstances, the electrician should be able to fix the fault during the first visit. However, on the rare occasions that this is not possible (due to the requirement of a non-standard part, for example) the electrician will make the installation safe and return with the part at a mutually convenient time.
