As you are aware - The Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 states that a Landlord is responsible "to keep in repair and proper working order the installations in the dwelling house for the supply of water, gas and electricity.
Additionally The Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994 require that equipment be safe and in conformity with the principle elements of the safety objectives for electrical equipment set out in section 3 of the Regulations.
With us we can manage a one off periodic inspection test; or a contract to cover all your electrical needs with your properties including PAT testing. Please contact us for a tailor made contract. You can use this section called "Electrical Installation Condition Report" for a landlords certificate
